She took into account how we could use the space and her concepts were fabulous. She was very easy to work with and coped with any tweaks (not that there were many). Vanessa brouhght professionalism, talent, support and full delivery at a very manageable price (in fact was probably more cost effective than doing it independently as she sourced such great deals). I had several rooms in a large family house that had descended into the usual random piles of stuff and badly arranged cupboards even though lots of storage space. She worked alongside me to get rid of what wasn't really needed, then she set to work re-organising the remaining items. Vanessa intuitively understood exactly what I required and once she had got going, I was hardly needed. She would ask the right questions at the right time about what things were used for and then came up with a series of quite brilliant storage ideas that had eluded me for several years of actually living in the place.
